As a photographer, I have the privilege of capturing life's most precious moments. Recently, I had the joy of photographing two incredibly sweet 2024 graduates, Payton and Elizabeth. Interestingly, these two are heading to the same college, yet they hadn't met before our session - a delightful coincidence!

Our session took place in the beautiful settings of Downtown Tampa,  the University of Tampa  and St. Leo. These locations provided the perfect backdrop for the girls' vibrant personalities to shine through.

Reflecting on my own high school senior photos, I remember they felt awkward and overly posed. They were taken at school, and I wasn't comfortable. With this memory in mind, I strive to create a different experience for the seniors I photograph. I aim to make their pictures lively, exciting, adventurous but also authentic. I want their personalities to radiate from the photos, and I make sure they're comfortable during the process.



The feedback I received from Elizabeth and Payton's parents warmed my heart. Elizabeth exclaimed, "Haydon, these are amazing! My jaw is on the ground. You are so amazing!!!!!" Her mother added, "Haydon did an AMAZING job with my daughter’s senior pictures!! She has the perfect posing and location ideas plus she makes the entire shoot a positive experience! Super polite and professional!"

Similarly, Payton's mom was thrilled, saying, "We had THE BEST experience with HK Photography for my daughter’s senior photos! Haydon was so professional but also so fun, warm, engaging, and made my daughter feel so comfortable! We couldn’t be more pleased with the results! The photos are absolutely beautiful!"
